Software Forums Are Your Best Friends

It took just a few hours after I contacted the Adobe Community Forums when I got two messages from some very nice folks at the Forum that solved my problem.

Adobe CS4 shipped with an old version of Bridge.  That version didn’t recognize the Canon Raw Format.  Adobe published an update later, and one nice gentleman sent the update link.  I probably had a message back when I originally installed the software (it was new then) and I just did it without realizing it.  Adobe doesn’t support CS4 any more so messages have disappeared.
